We want to make sure you’re competing at your best!

Not competing, but want to go through Healthy Athletes?
All athletes are welcome to attend Healthy Athletes whether or not they are competing! If you are not competing but want to go through a screening, stop by the Healthy Athlete Info tent and pick up your passport to get started.

Visit Healthy Athletes and receive a smartwatch!

This year we’re giving away a smartwatch to all athletes who go through at least three Healthy Athletes screenings at Stillwater High School on June 25 & 26. If you are not competing in basketball or track & field events, you can still go through Healthy Athlete screenings.

Performance Stations

Sat June 18 – University of St. Thomas

Prepare for competition and learn ways to take care of your body for optimal sports performance at a variety of interactive stations. Complete your performance station passport and turn it in for a prize and an opportunity to win a pair of Twins tickets.

Performance Stations are events held near the field of play at tournaments that are designed to educate and activate athletes and their supporters in the tenets of fitness: nutrition, hydration and physical activity.

Performance Stations are located in the University of St. Thomas Field House and will be open from 10 AM-2 PM.
